  • Where are you located?

    Our headquarters is located in Fenton, MO, a suburb of St. Louis. We currently have two production facilities. We serve the Midwest out of our St. Louis area location at 1400 S Old Hwy 141, Fenton, MO. We serve the South out of our northeast Alabama location at 2620 E Meighan Blvd, Gadsden, AL.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our offices are open from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Our production facilities operate on a 24-hour schedule 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. If required, production can be run on Saturdays and Sundays as well.

  • How big are your facilities?

    Each of our facilities contain production and warehouse space. Our Fenton, MO facility is 132,000 square feet and houses 22 injection molding presses. Our Gadsden, AL facility is 213,000 square feet and houses 31 injection molding presses.

  • Do you ship parts outside the US?

    Yes. We ship parts around the world and are well-versed in the requirements for international shipments. Our customer service teams can work directly with your team to ensure a smooth process.

  • What are your press sizes in each of your facilities?

    In Fenton, our 22 presses range from 88 to 2200 tons. In Gadsden, our 31 presses range from 80 to 1500 tons.

  • What is your shot size range in your facilities?

    The shot size range in Fenton is 3.4 to 400oz and in Gadsden is 2.3 to 358oz.

  • Are you ISO certified?

    Yes, both of our facilities are certified up to the latest ISO 9001 standards, ISO 9001:2015.

  • What are the common materials you work with? Are you open to trying new materials?

    We have experience with a variety of materials in our facility, and a complete list of those can be found on our materials sourcing page. We are always open to trying new materials should you have an interest in something not listed. 


    When working with any new materials we will go through a trial process to ensure high quality and identify and solve any potential issues with production.

  • Do you provide any secondary operations?

    Each of our facilities provides a number of secondary operations. Review our capabilities page to learn more about all of our operations, including secondary. 


    If you’re interested in a secondary operation that’s not listed on our site, contact our sales team to discuss what the options are to incorporate that operation into the processing of your part.

  • What kind of engineering support do you provide?

    Our engineers will work with you through every step of the process. They will discuss specs and requirements with you, investigate tooling needs and costs, and can supply prototypes or conduct a mold flow analysis if necessary to ensure you’re receiving the part that suits your needs with a high quality of production.

  • Do you use EDI?

    Yes, we use EDI and our customer service team will be prepared to set up your business for EDI use when you join as a new customer.
